TERMS OF SERVICE

General

• Please provide a clear description with image references for your request.• I have the right to decline your request if it does not fit my style or for any reason w/o explanation.• As the artist, I retain full rights or copyright ownership of the artwork unless a specific license or buyout is purchased.• We may use your handle name as recognition of your commission upon your request.• I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for my online posts and other promotional purposes unless you request that it remain private.• Non-commercial works are for personal use only.• You may post the artwork online with proper credits.• Artworks for commercial purposes will be subjected to a 50% or more increase of base price.• You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for any monetary purposes unless commercial rights are purchased.• Full details of the commercial use must be discussed with me first before I provide the commercial rights.• Usage rights granted to the client are defined by the selected license type (personal, commercial, exclusive, or buyout) and do not constitute a transfer of ownership unless stated otherwise.• I will not be held responsible if the client did not read and understand the Terms of Service before sending a request.

Payment

• Payments are made through PAYPAL in USD.
• Payment of half/full is required upfront before I begin with the sketch.
• If half payment was made, the other half will be required before I begin rendering.
• No refunds are allowed once payment has been delivered and work has started unless for reasons that are mutually agreed upon. In such case, a kill fee will be applied based on the phase we are in. Nonnegotiable once/if I have already begun rendering phase.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of request.

Work Process

• Once I have accepted your request, I will first require payment to be made either in half or full before I send you a sketch/draft.• Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Any revision beyond that will incur a revision fee. Minor revisions such as color adjustments are allowed in the later phases.• Turnaround time may take 2-4 weeks after payment is made due to factors such as complexity, workload, health, personal stuffs and etc.• Progression phases include:
sketch – line art – base color – rendering – final adjustments• Lastly, i will be sending a high quality png for the final result with my sign.

COMMERCIAL USE AND RIGHTS

For commercial rights:
Commercial usage rights will be subjected to a percent increase of the base commission fee. The following indicates the increase for the type of commercial usage:- +50%: The client may use the artwork on monetized platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
- +75%: In addition to the above, the client may sell merchandise with the artwork.
- +100%: This is for big businesses with high-selling products expecting major sales.Exclusive rights:
Limited exclusivity: x1.25 - x1.50 of the base commission fee
Full exclusivity: x2.0 - x3.0 of the base commission feeFull ownership buyout:
x5.0+ of the base commission fee and must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.Important notes:
• All licensing fees are calculated from the base commission price only. Add-ons such as backgrounds, complexity fees, or rush delivery are not included in licensing calculations.
• Commercial usage (including merchandise sales) and exclusivity are separate licensing fees and may be combined if both are requested.
• Full ownership buyouts replace all licensing fees and are priced separately.
• All granted usage rights (personal, commercial, merchandising, or exclusive) are perpetual, unless otherwise stated, i.e., limited exclusivity.
• Licensing fees are non-refundable once artwork has begun.
