TERMS OF SERVICE

General

• Please provide a clear description with image references for your request.
• I have the right to decline your request if it does not fit my style.
• As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the artwork. We may use your handle name as recognition of you commissioning upon your request.
• I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for my online posts and other promotional purposes. But, you may request if you want your commissioned art to remain private.
• Artworks for commercial purposes will be subjected to a 50% increase of total price.
• Non-commercial works are for personal use only.
• You may post the artwork online with proper credits.

Payment

• Payments are made through PAYPAL in USD.
• Payment of half/full is required before I begin with the clean sketch.
• If half payment was made, the other half will be required before I begin rendering.
• No refunds are allowed once payment has been delivered.
• Commercial purposes are subjected to a 50% increase of TOTAL price.
• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of request.

Work Process

• Once I have accepted your request, I will first send a very rough sketch to you. After that, payment is to be made first either in half or full before I continue cleaning the sketch/draft to begin.
• You are allowed three (3) rounds of revisions during the clean sketch phase. Any revision beyond that will incur a revision fee. Minor revisions such as color adjustments are allowed in the later phases.
• Commission process may take 1-4 weeks after payment is made depending on complexity and workload.
• Progression phases include:
rough sketch – clean sketch – line art – base color – rendering – final adjustments
• You may message me whenever to know how the progress is going.
• Lastly, i will be sending a high quality png for the final result with my sign.
